Reasonable Solutions UPDATE 11/23/2011

Reasonable Solutions would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to everyone involved. The support provided to RS has been appreciated to say the least. There have been some incredible challenges and there are still some remaining obstacles to overcome before we can rest. Solutions are in the works now. Once the dust has settled, we would like to get back to the hard work we all find so vital to the future of this country and the world!

The 500+ signatures collected for the Relocation petition had a wonderful effect on our ability to be heard. Many of you participated, thanks again. The power of our collective voices was not wasted. We believe that the effort helped motivate many of our brothers and sisters at Occupy to speak up. Also, our message to City officials was heard loud and clear.

During the past few days we have been working toward getting people to safe alternate locations, and securing our equipment. Tonight, we have been addressing the suggested terms of the permit for Paine Plaza. Updates to follow.

We are actively engaging with the city regarding the terms and conditions set forth by the permit offered to RS, and negotiating with City Officials so that a more reasonable compromise can be met. We are patient , hopeful & determined.

With that being said, we would like to invite you all to a Meet & Greet in the very near future. We hope to get to know each other a bit better, and discuss everyone’s ideas regarding the future of this movement. Monday, November 28 is the tentative date and we will be sure to send out ample notice.

Hope to see you soon,

Randy Quinn
